Service 9.5/10. Nice room. Nice bathtub. The most coolest things is they have ALEXA which is AI connected with spotify so we can hear the song anytime. Nice beautiful swimming pool. Have 2 infinity swimming pool and jacuzzi. Delicious breakfast. Friendly staff. Clean hotel. Hand sanitizer everywhere. So satisfied in here. Will come back soon.

The facilities are complete, there are many photo spots too, unfortunately I only stay for 1 night, next time I will stay longer. The staff and the service here are very good. Anyway it is highly recommended for those who want to stay in the Ubud area.
