It's very old and dilapidated, please do some renovation. The beds felt painful to sleep on all the springs have came out.

Worst hotel I've ever tried in my whole life. Super dirty, disgusting room. Smelly bathroom. Very different with the pictures. I already booked for 3 nights and ended up looking for another hotel as I couldn't stand the room from this hotel at all. Super shady, not recommended at all.

Kecewa sih, dan males ke sini lagi.(+) lokasi strategis, makanan lumayan aja.(-) 1. Sampe sana jm 14. 30 dan lagi pada antri kamar soalnya kamar belum ready mungkin karena rame natal. 2. Di aplikasi tertulis dapat gratis cemilan, dikonfirmasi ke FO bilang promo berakhir. Sampai pihak agen online yang bergerak dan dapat juga. Bukan masalah anack nya, tapi kesinkronan keterangannya. 3. Sampe kamar belum ada handuk dan harus minta manual, karena telepon di kamar mati. 4. Kalo ada apa-apa males karena kudu naik turun tangga karena hotel tanpa lift, 5 parkiran gelap kesannya serem karena hotel lama. Lampu kurang jadi kesannya kurang enak. 6. Air coklat, karena saya room VIP ada bathtub jadi keliatan air lumayan keruh dan berpasir. 7. Di toilet dan bathtub masih ada rambut dan tisu bekas. 8. Gambar di aplikasi tidak sesuai dengan aslinya karena tidak ada kimono juga di kamar. TV pun banyak semut. 9. Paling parah WiFi tidak sampai kamar VIP. 10. KTP harus ditinggal. 11. Lebih paling parah air hangat baru on jam 6 sore padahal saya bawa anak kecil dan harus mandi jam 4 tapi air panas belum on. Paginya sekitar jam 9 an air panas pun sudah mati. Sangat tidak friendly anak kecil karena air baru on jam-jam tertentu. Mudah-mudahan ada pihak yang ambil alih hotel ini, hotel ini butuh perbaikan dari segi mana pun. Baik pekerja dan gedung

(+) Tampilan depan baru dan lebih modern.(+) Proses check in mudah dan cepat.(-) Hanya bagian depan saja yang diupgrade untuk kamar masih perlu diperbaharui lagi.(-) Sistem kunci kamar masih kunci biasa belum auto lock.(-) Bagian penerangan perlu ditingkatkan lorong masih banyak yang remang-remang.(-) Berisik.(-) Di aplikasi tertulis bisa pilih king bed atau twin bed tapi aktualnya hanya twin bed.

Sengaja pesen kamar yang ada bathtub nya. Yang VIP seharga 500 ribu, supaya nyaman soalnya bawa 2 bayi. Umur 2 tahun yang satu 4 bulan. Dari Kendal saya sendiri sama 2 bayi. Sampainya di sana saya liat ga ada lift, jadi saya putuskan buat bawa tas 1 dan koper 1 aja, kebetulan ada petugas yang bawain. Untuk check in saya tidak dikenakan deposit, hanya KTP yang diminta. Sesampainya di kamar jujur saya langsung kecewa, dinding pada ngelopek, tidak ada bathtub, saya merasa dicurangi. Namun untuk komplain langsung ke FO saya sudah tidak ada tenaga. Saya minta suami saya yang telepon hotel menanyakan kejelasan. Dari pihak hotel katanya sudah konfirmasi ke agen online. Namun kok saya belum dapat info apa-apa? Saya minta kompensasi ke hotel dalam bentuk uang namun hotel tidak berkenan, hotel menawarkan makan malam gratis. Namun saya pikir, untuk apa makan malam gratis dari pihak hotel kalau saya dicurangi seperti ini? Akhirnya setelah perdebatan panjang, saya dan suami memutuskan untuk pindah hotel lainnya, tidak ada titik terang dari pihak hotel. Lalu saya check out malam itu juga, saya datang pukul 5 sore lalu saya check out pukul 18.30. Saya hanya bertahan satu jam setengah di hotel. Lalu saya minta tolong FO untuk membawakan koper saya dan tas yang masih saya tinggal, hanya itu saja, saya tidak marah-marah. Saya nunggu sampai hampir 15 menit lebih dengan keadaan anak saya rewel, belum juga ada tanda-tanda koper saya turun. Inisiatif daripada anak saya kasihan dah kemaleman saya ke atas ke kamar dan ternyata belum dibawakan, tanpa basa basi saya langsung bawa barang-barang saya sendiri. Sampainya di hotel yang baru dan suami saya udah pulang langsung konfirmasi ke hotelnya, dari pihak hotel bilangnya lagi ramai, kesannya ga mau salah. Tapi bapak dan ibu kalau di posisi saya gimana? Saya kecewa banget

Bangunannya udah tua, lorong kamarnya serem. Pesen kamar superior kecil banget tempat tidurnya. Akhirnya minta upgrade ke moderate. Di kamar mandi juga ga di sediain tissu. Buat yang sering nginep di hotel bagus, pasti agak syok liat hotel ini.
