Kami senang stay di sini. Antara lain karena: keramahan semua staff hotel yang luar biasa, lingkungan hotel yang hijau dan asri, kondisi kamar dan kamar mandi yang bersih, kolam renang yang luas cocok buat olahraga renang dan terakhir sarapan yang lumayan enak. InsyaAllah balik lagi lain waktu.

I have an awesome staycation's experience here. The room was spacy enough, clean and comfortable. Location was good, have a nive and cool air, also beautiful scenery that I really enjoy and great ambience for staycation. The staff are friendly, helpful and kind. If there's something that need some improvement is their Wifi and their Food. Wifi is not working while I stayed. And for the food, even though they have various menu for breakfast, the taste was so so. The only one that taste good is their omelette and sausages, the rest of foods really need improvement for their taste. I definitely will come back to Amanuba for another staycation ^

The service room is so good I gave 5 stars, I can borrow Food tools even in mid night. And also the staff leads us to the gate using mini golf car to looking for food. Pool environment like Bali 👍🏽

The AC is hot. You have to set it to turbo to be a bit cool. At night the outside air is colder. The restaurant is exposed to direct sunlight, a bit glare & hot from the sun.

kesini tahun 2018 dan balik lagi 2025. wow amanuba ! still great, clean, actually mereka improve makanan mereka juga. breakfastnya bervariatif apa karena sedanv ada group? mudah2an memang selalu breakfastnya enak, dulu cuma bubur dan nasi goreng saja, sekarang banyak pilihan dan rasa lumayan. kamar masih bersih, harum, ac dingin, toilet bersih dan kering. kolam renang masih seperti dulu, masih bagus sedikit berlumut tapi tidak licin (wajar) karena terkena matahari. tempat bilas bersih hanya sabun sampo habis belum di refill. staff sangat friendly mulai dari check in sampai pegawai resto bahkan karyawan yang akan meeting sangat sopan mengucaokan salam. aku rasa amanuba masih jadi tempat favorite! keep it up amanuba!!

The atmosphere and service are very good, but the restaurant is very small and there aren't many places to eat, there are only a few variations of food, and wheelchair users can't get to the restaurant because there are stairs.

The less than ideal stay experience was that the bathroom water sometimes turned on and suddenly stopped, the tap leaked, the room door didn't close properly so it kept making noise and had to be fixed several times.
The staff service was very good even though there were problems when checking in which took a long time to wait

The hotel staff is friendly, the hotel is clean, and the food is delicious. Because the parking area is full, we queued for valet vehicles and the queue management was not supervised properly, so many people jumped in.

I stayed in room 202, there was no such thing as a fragrant room, then for the bathroom, the shower water was sometimes big, sometimes small... and the wifi sometimes had intermittent connectivity... please improve the cleanliness around the rice field area... it didn't match my expectations from the Traveloka review

The atmosphere and service are very good, but the restaurant is very small and there aren't many places to eat, there are only a few variations of food, and wheelchair users can't get to the restaurant because there are stairs.

The hotel is soooooo nice. Everything is nice & good (room, ambiance, staff) except the food. Breakfast lacks menu variety, the taste is not sooo good. If only the food had more options and was improved, I would be so happy to stay there.

The less than ideal stay experience was that the bathroom water sometimes turned on and suddenly stopped, the tap leaked, the room door didn't close properly so it kept making noise and had to be fixed several times.
The staff service was very good even though there were problems when checking in which took a long time to wait

The hotel staff is friendly, the hotel is clean, and the food is delicious. Because the parking area is full, we queued for valet vehicles and the queue management was not supervised properly, so many people jumped in.

I stayed in room 202, there was no such thing as a fragrant room, then for the bathroom, the shower water was sometimes big, sometimes small... and the wifi sometimes had intermittent connectivity... please improve the cleanliness around the rice field area... it didn't match my expectations from the Traveloka review
