This hotel is located in the heart of Bandar Lampung, easily accessible from Palembang and Jakarta. The friendly staff and comfortable surroundings make for a pleasant stay. We highly recommend this hotel.

It feels like the hotel is still new, clean, comfortable, the service of all the staff is friendly. The room is really comfortable, clean and the AC is super cold, the shower water is strong, the water heater is functioning well, the Wi-Fi signal is strong, it has a smart TV so you can watch Youtube/Netflix on TV. What's even better is the location is in the same area as Lampung City Mall, so if you want to go to the mall for shopping/watching movies/playing timezone/complete culinary is very close, just walk. The parking area is spacious, even if it is full you can park in the mall parking area. In my opinion, this is the best Amaris hotel I have ever visited in several other cities in Indonesia.

Recommendations for staying in the city center near the mall if you need personal needs, walking to the mall is close, right behind the mall and easy walking access. Good facilities, clean, tidy rooms and nice building (new building), delicious and quite complete breakfast

My family and I stayed at the Amaris Hotel for 4 days. When we first arrived at the hotel parking lot, the hotel security greeted us with prompt and friendly service. The front office staff were also very friendly and served our needs well. There was a fairly good water dispenser in each room hallway. The room was clean, the bathroom was clean. The food was also delicious. Oh yeah, my child was also happy because he could use the swimming pool facilities for free at the Santika Hotel which is next to the Amaris Hotel.

Room was quite clean as the hotel still new the pillow the bed sheet, already stain quite a bit but overall ok, only the staff not too friendly, better train them customer service, but the one who received me on the check in was awesome

It feels like the hotel is still new, clean, comfortable, the service of all the staff is friendly. The room is really comfortable, clean and the AC is super cold, the shower water is strong, the water heater is functioning well, the Wi-Fi signal is strong, it has a smart TV so you can watch Youtube/Netflix on TV. Upon entering, the floor wasn't very clean. If possible, the staff should have taken off their shoes when cleaning the room.
The water heater was hot enough. They said they could refill drinking water, but I couldn't see where it was.
The service was friendly and pleasant.
Thank God, I got a room on the first floor, closer to getting out and to the car.
Everything else was fine.
