I went for honeymoon for two nights in Amaris hotel. it was great. the room is very comfortable and the location is strategic. the foods were nice. the service was great.

We booked this hotel just several minutes by app. Staffs are friendly, they still serve breakfast in the morning even though it 's ramadhan.

Arrived at the hotel around 3.30pm, check in time took so long. I waited almost 2 hours just to get my room. And during this 2 hours he just told me that the room is being prepared. I already requested for non smoking room but the staff told me that only smoking room available at that time. I don't know if the receptionist is lying or not because when he called the cleaning staff I heard that there are room available that's why I keep insisting to get the non smoking room. After my other family member keep complaining in front of the reception desk then they finally gave us the room. SMDH!

This hotel gives you a good experience because it is close to shopping centers, Paragon Mall and DP mall. You can walk to enjoy the beauty of Semarang City, and it is also close to Lawang Sewu. With all comfortable facilities, I would highly recommend to everyone!

The hotel is located near Balai Kota Semarang and Lawang Sewu. The room was nice and comfortable but could be improved. Overall it was a good experience.
