Pelayanan sangat baik, fasilitas cukup lengkap, kamar wangi dan rapi, AC berfungsi dengan baik, kamar mandi bersih, dan tidak lupa menu sarapannya yang beragam dan enak. Sejauh ini salah satu hotel terbaik yang ada di Samarinda. Worth every penny.

Room is clean and neat. Toiletries are available for two people. I go to restaurant for breakfast but just eat fruit and bread, unfortunately there's no salad. There are many kind of side dishes, looks good but I don't eat that. View from the window is not so good so I close the window all day long. There's only 4 floor include lobby. There are BNI and Mandiri ATM in front of hotel. Lobby and restaurant in one room, so the place you wait for taxi is the place another people do they breakfast.

Maintain the friendliness of the staff and the cleanliness of the hotel, the staff from the front to the back are all friendly, the best thing was when we had breakfast, the food was all delicious and what we really appreciated was that our 7 year old child was not asked about his age and so on, and was still able to have breakfast without any additional costs, good job Amaris Samarinda!

There is no need to doubt this hotel. This is a hotel with a limited budget but feels like a 5 star hotel. The bed, bathroom and breakfast menu are all good, spacious, delicious and great. The right place to stay with family.

It was great! The hotel area smells really good and is clean, there is a small mall, hospital, food around it. The staff is friendly. Unfortunately, the bathroom faucet was a bit faulty, but the water still came out and was clean. The rest is okay;)

The sink was clogged, but the hotel immediately handled it quickly. The staff were very friendly. I stayed here several times every time I went to Samarinda. Thank you.

The experience I felt was not being able to sleep because of the loud noise from the ceiling, the room at the very end, even though I was asleep, I was suddenly woken up by the noise above me. I got the room at the very end.

Maintain the friendliness of the staff and the cleanliness of the hotel, the staff from the front to the back are all friendly, the best thing was when we had breakfast, the food was all delicious and what we really appreciated was that our 7 year old child was not asked about his age and so on, and was still able to have breakfast without any additional costs, good job Amaris Samarinda!

It was great! The hotel area smells really good and is clean, there is a small mall, hospital, food around it. The staff is friendly. Unfortunately, the bathroom faucet was a bit faulty, but the water still came out and was clean. The rest is okay;)
