I got a room with a mattress with sagging springs. I'm a bit overweight at 103kg, so the sagging was quite noticeable. It might not have been a problem if I were lighter. Please fix the mattress and find one with springs that don't sag.

When we arrived, the sheets, blanket, and pillowcases didn't seem to have been changed. There were oil stains on the sheets, and the room wasn't very clean. The trash wasn't taken out on the first day, only the bathroom trash was. The sheets and other items were replaced on the third day, and the room and bathroom were cleaner. The hotel staff were friendly, the food was pretty good, and access was easy.

Not bad, can request a view, AC can't be cold straight away, maybe around 2 hours, friendly front office, disappointed with the wifi only, not proper, either slow or intermittent or far, TV also buffering. The breakfast is not special but varied in its price range, oh the mattress bed cover, blanket, bed sheet, many stains that are said to be from the laundry.

It's quite okay to stay at the Amaris Hotel, the customer service and security are friendly, the room is quite spacious, the AC is cold... only the water drainage in the bathroom is not good so the bathroom is muddy and slippery, the food is quite varied
