The staff was very friendly and accommodating. The location of the hotel is great, nice surrounding, walking distance to nice cafe's & restaurants, a small market, etc. Unfortunately, the hotel is old, the room was old and kind of spooky.

Strategic Location Friendly and helpful staff... But the room atmosphere is not attractive anymore, the room furniture should be changed... Because the table is dirty... The AC and water heater facilities are functioning well. But the TV channels are not good, the room is also not soundproof... The lobby is also small so it is not very spacious... Just a nice stay.. 😀

The floor carpet looks like it hasn't been replaced in a long time. There is no refrigerator. The breakfast food is nothing special. The water in the pool is quite clear so you can see if there are leaves, twigs or insects in the pool.

The service is slow, the breakfast is so-so but if you add the price it is very expensive with the taste being so-so, the swimming pool is dirty. If you go to Bandung, it is not recommended to come here.

The bedroom equipment (sheets, quilts, towels) seem to need to be replaced, because the color is no longer white.
The sofa in the lobby has faded.
The food for breakfast is served simply, not arranged well and not attractive. Additional food is often done after complaints from guests.
Hopefully this review can be used as material for improving services in the future.
