A great option in Sanur. The hotel offers more intimate vibes, while also great for families with young kids. Sanur Icon is just a stone's throw away if you feel like going to the mall to buy something or enjoy mall foods. Beach access and bikes are very appreciated to enjoy it fully. All staff are very welcoming and attentive.

It's always a great experience staying at Andaz. The service is amazing, Ida Ayu was very helpful and helped me with the florist and all things needed in the morning. The food at the fisherman club and the ambiance are also very nice! Will always come back to Andaz whenever I visit Bali.

Impeccable stay. Stayed at a room in front of the pool. You get free drinks, fruits and snacks for in-house guests near the lobby. Most minibar items were also free of charge. Room was spacious and the interior design was on point (though I notice mostly Javanese interior instead of Balinese). Fisherman's club offers one of the best seafood options in Sanur. The grilled baramundi and roaster cauliflower were cooked to perfection. Prices are relatively affordable when compared with similar hotels in Bali. You can rent a bike for free and try the newly paved Sanur beachwalk, swim in the many pools or participate in the many hotel arranged activies. Would definitely come back for arguably one of the best hotels in Sanur.

Can’t fault our stay in any way. The facilities were extensive, the staff were incredibly friendly and attentive, the food was varied and delicious, and the room was spacious and clean. Plenty of activities for children. Ability to use the facilities of the Hyatt next door. The beach is on your doorstep. Plenty of things to do outside of the hotel, with the centre of Sanur, and the ICON Bali shopping centre a short walk away.

We loved staying at Andaz and hope to come back again someday. Breakfast was incredible. Kids loved kids club. The grounds and accommodation were stunning. Staff were friendly and helpful. Excellent location in Sanur and close to shops, restaurants, cafe and spas. We had a really relaxing and luxurious break.

We recently stayed at Andaz Sanur for 4 nights as part of my birthday week celebrations. Absolutely loved this stunning resort, the staff who couldn't do enough for you and the dining options which were available onsite. They even organised a lovely birthday cake which was very unexpected 😁 What we didn't love was the harassment we received by the ladies on the boardwalk (outside the resort) anytime we wanted to go for a walk. Everytime they saw us they would beg us to have a look at their shop and they simply wouldn't take 'no' for an answer. In the end we were harassed to the point that we were forced to find another route to walk just to avoid them. Would definitely stay at Andaz again but in hindsight would steer clear of the boardwalk.

I wasn't expecting the Andaz to be so family friendly, but it really caters to families well. Rooms are spacious and comfortable, there are several pool options to choose from, and the grounds are beautiful (and extensive). The hotel restaurants were very good and reasonably priced. You can walk along the boardwalk (or use the hotel's bikes) - just be mindful that parts can get very crowded at certain times of day, making it difficult to navigate with a bike or stroller. The kids club and playgrounds were very nice and all staff were lovely.

A memorable stay at this elegant hotel. Luxurious amenities in an open spaced, lush, tropical-feel environment. The staff were second to none in customer service. The food (breakfast, lunch and dinner) was amazing! We'll definitely come back with our family the next time we visit Bali.

Exceeded our expectations! Room is grand with thoughtful design. Complimentary drinks and snacks in the room and iced coffees, teas and juices add a lovely touch. Location is ideal, you get to enjoy the tranquility of the resort and short stroll to great restaurants, spa’s and shops.

Absolutely beautiful hotel, the suite with one bedroom and separate lounge area was perfect for our family - spacious with beautiful furnishings. The large terrace was great.the grounds and pools were immaculately maintained. The attention to detail from the staff was fantastic, they were attentive, polite and caring. Food at restaurants we dined at within the hotel was quality. Highly recommend and will definitely return again!
