I reviewed it in detail, it can be used as a reference. the location is very nice, close to the mall. but it does not match the photos displayed in the app. there are pros and cons of staying here and can be used as considerations. starting from the cons first: - check-in time is not right, very slow response when asked for the key, only given around 3 o'clock. - asked for a deposit of 300 thousand in a hurry, which is okay if there is a deposit, but please say sorry first if you are late in giving the key, not telling you to transfer quickly. - there is no wifi in the room, the TV is not on, there is no mat in front of the bathroom, there is no pan, no gas for the portable stove, no dish soap, only 1 clothes hanger. - minimal information, if asked or complained, no reply, so bad service to the client. - inform that the key is entrusted to the security, yes tell them not to say the key, in the end the security refused because they do not accept key deposits. - the worst is related to the deposit. they said it would be returned 1x24 after check out, I checked in on Sunday at 10, the deposit was returned on Tuesday at 10 am, which is 2x24 hours and the bad thing is there was no prior information. bad service again. the plus points are only 2: - clean bathroom - hot water on if asked, recommend it, seriously not recommended. thank you
