This is my first time trying to stay at an express hotel, yes, the rooms are okay, the service is good and the facilities are cool. The only drawback is that it's hard to open the hotel room door, other than that, everything is okay and I will be back next year, thank you for the gift of express hotel & traveloka.

Second time minep here. Comfortable. Superior rooms are more spacious than standard rooms and have windows. But my feet hit the bed, until it hurt. The wifi also doesn't like it doesn't connect

The hotel is clean, all the employees are friendly, the food is delicious, it's just a shame it's a bit noisy on the 2nd floor, at midnight I was surprised by the sound of a speeding car outside. if it's a top hotel, oh well, there's one that's lacking, such as a narrow parking lot.

Wifi connects, but there is a sign (!) that the wifi cannot be used, so use a data package while you are at the hotel, ask for a room with a window facing the Adipura monument (elephant monument) instead you are given a room without a window.

Ini kedua kali nginap di Anugerah Express Hotel ya kamar oke, fasilitas oke mungkin perlu perbaikan kart pintu kamar hotel biar masuk ga susah seperti kemaren. Banyak makanan belokan hotel, minta es batunya mau bayar dikasih gratis, staff nya cekatan dan gerak cepat, deposit 100k buat air minum beli sdr tapi mau buat teh atau kopi ada teko listrik di kamar. Breakfast nya lumayan enak cuma sayang prasmanan ga bisa coba menu lainnya cuma bisa plih 1 menu. Next time saya akan balik menginap di sini lagi mudah-mudahan dapet harga lebih terjangkau buat nataru nanti. Makasi Anugerah Express Hotel & Traveloka.
