Sangat slow respon komunikasinya, Dibuat menunggu sampai 2 jam 35 menit sampai pembawa kunci datang, sudah terlanjur kesal jadi ditinggal kan, anggap saja biaya sewa jadi ongkos antar kunci yang begitu lama tapi kamar tak dipakai. Tentang kamarnya silakan baca review sebelumnya,

Check in waiting for 2 hours key handover. I don't know where the key is in the motorcycle taxi. Pay for parking that doesn't arrive 24 hours at 49 thousand. The system's strangest apartment.

The service was really bad, no one confirmed where to check in, as a result, he was determined to come directly, asked Fortune 88 to contact security. Ordered 2 rooms, 1 room had a dirty mattress, I didn't touch the ending at all. In 1 more room the lights were off, the TV was off, he called the mas instead he came back first, the reason was that it was after his working hours (there was no confirmation of what hours he worked before), as a result it was dark all day.

Gue niat hari mesen room karena list foto dan desc nya bagus gitu sama ada wifi buat sekalian kerja kerja gitu, pas terima kunci wifi ga dapet, token habis dan disuruh ngisi sendiri, lantai kotor, sprei bau banget.

Very bad service. An inn with a dull front, the room is better than this. It's bad that the agent is dirty, dirty. Even though in Sayana it's a really nice place. Unfortunately the agent is very dirty. Disappointed with the service and what was given the room did not match what was on the message list. Thank you.

The service is really bad, the agent who delivers the key doesn't have an attitude, waits for more than 3 hours in the lobby to call the agent, it doesn't pick up, 3 hours just arrived, gave the key, there's no apology or stale words "sorry for the long wait" or anything , like hadeh given up really
