The hotel staff is very fast in responding, very kind... many requests are still responded to well, early check in at 10 o'clock only costs an additional 50k, which is crazy... I guarantee you won't regret booking a room at Livi Room

Overall, it's okay. The facilities and comfort are quite good. The friendly admin helped with check-in and check-out. The only problem was the Wi-Fi didn't connect. For 5 nights here, the price and facilities are very reasonable, and it really helped me with my business trip. Thanks.

There's only a photo of the view. When I first checked in, I got a dirty room, honestly, it was full of dust. When I checked in the second time, the room was clean, and the bathroom was clean too. The view is definitely the best. And the admin is also responsive.

The staff is very friendly and helpful. The only thing missing is the size of the bed, it's a queen bed, not a king bed. The atmosphere and environment are very comfortable. I'll definitely come back for another staycation here.

For the price, its totally worth it and highly recommended. Good wifi fast and stable connections, overall bathroom and bedroom are clean, i dont even expect at this price rate we got hot water shower. But u need to bring ur bathroom amenities cause the hotel only provide you 2 clean and dry towel. Netflix or hotstar also provided but u need to login to your account by yourself. Would to book here again another time.
