The room staff is good, quick to respond and come when there are complaints, but for the studio room, oh my God, please, it's really ticklish, dirty, the smell of the sheets and towels can only be said to be ticklish 😭 when I asked if there was a room that was better than the studio room, luckily there was one.. and the better room is only the sheets and towels, please don't be lazy to change them 😭, the white towels, musty smell 😭, please maintain cleanliness even though the apartment is pocket-friendly

The room is affordable, low budget.
The room needs some repairs: the AC is not cold enough, the bathroom door handle is broken, only one light is on, the refrigerator is on but not cold, there is Wi-Fi, the water heater works, you get 2 bottles of drinking water, there are no toiletries, only 1 towel, there is a swimming pool, the elevator is a bit rough, so it's a bit scary when you go up because you get a room on the 25th floor, car parking costs 3,000 IDR/hour & motorbikes 2,000 IDR/hour, check-in/out is fast, the guard from Santuy rental is friendly. If you want to have dinner, it's close to Sate Damri (recommended), get a room with a view of the Aljabar Mosque and GBLA so it's not too disappointing.

Please keep the sheets and pillowcases clean, they all smell of drool, for whatever reason, and in the bathroom the toilet is broken and can't be pressed, there's no water heater either but it's not a problem, the problem is the toilet is broken and the pillows smell of drool, please improve the cleanliness

When I arrived, I was told to wait until 5 o'clock because someone had extended their stay and was not given any compensation. Until I arrived at 7 pm, I was still told to wait for the room that was being cleaned, apparently I got a room that had not been used for a long time because it was dusty, there was mold and mildew on the walls, so the vibe was scary, the bathroom faucet was broken, there was no gas, the sink was dirty, the TV was not a smart TV.. there was no hot water either.. Nice room, spacious, comfortable, only thing is the pantry area under the stove is full of cockroaches, please pay attention to the cleanliness so it is more comfortable. The water heater seems to be broken, there is no hot water
