The best, the place is comfortable, just like the picture, complaints are handled immediately, the staff is very friendly. I'll definitely be a regular if I stay in Bandung again, especially with its easy access to everything from the city center.

The staff is nice and always responsive, but the room I stayed in was honestly a bit of a dud.. 1. Just checked in and there were already lots of small cockroaches everywhere 2. The bathroom and sink were clogged so it was flooded, even though it was only used for washing hands and feet 3. The refrigerator suddenly leaked and the floor of the unit was covered in water everywhere, even though we didn't use the refrigerator 4. The AC was only in 1 room, so the other rooms and the living room were really hot 5. The sliding wardrobe door was broken and came off, almost hitting one of us when we wanted to hang clothes Well, even though the price was cheap, I didn't expect it to be this bad :( maybe it could be fixed again for the unit we got on the 12th floor, it was really not very proper huhu🙏

The staff is quick to respond if anything happens, just chat and they will come over. At that time, the wifi was having an error and the AC remote control wouldn't turn on. After that, it was fixed and the room smelled a bit like cigarettes, probably from previous guests, after that, they sprayed some perfume. Only Netflix in one room couldn't be used and the AC was having an error at night, but because it was too late, I didn't chat with the staff. It's worth it for that price.
