Hotels in North Meruya

Room dirty, mirror dirty, Aircon very weak, no hot water.

Sebenernya dengan harga segitu dan red doorz worth it, cuma kebersihan lantai kamarnya kurang. Jadi kalau jalan dikamar lama2 kaki hitam, terutama yg disudut2 masih kotor. Selimut mungkin next nya ganti dengan yg agak tebal ya, karena saya dapat selimut yang tipis.

Super comfy apartemen, very recommended.

The sheets looked like they had never been changed, lots of stains. Receptionist stuffy & dusty. Rooms & bathrooms are poorly maintained. The TV doesn't turn on either.

Sangat menyenangkan. Ada dapur yang bisa digunakan tamu untuk masak air atau mau buat mie yang saat itu sangat saya butuhkan masak air panas.

Hot water in bathroom is not functioning, then my baby could not have a bath time during stay. Check in process also did not went well

Have 2 bedrooms, 1 bathroom, also have kitchen set and freezer. AC and tv running normally, also internet. So far so good.

When we arrived at the hotel, we were taken to a room where the water tap didn't work, so we were moved to another room, but it turned out that the room offered to us was dirty, lots of fleas. So bad. I won't sleep here anymore. There was no hotel policy, I just stayed there for 3 hours and asked for a refund for my 2 night reservation. Not approved and not refunded. Yes, I've eaten it, it's my money. I'm not sincere. Thank you for the unpleasant experience.
