The room was spacious and homey. The interior design is chic but also made me feel like home. I didn’t get the “hotel” vibes, which is a positive thing because it’s comfortable. I didn’t feel like I was away from home. I slept so good (from someone who has trouble sleeping in a new place). The bathroom was bright and clean. The towels were clean. Water pressure was nice. I would love to come back here again.

The room was clean, tidy, and smelled great, and the view was beautiful, especially while enjoying coffee near the children's swimming pool. If possible, I suggest having free snacks delivered to your room, as it's difficult to get to the cafe to get them when it rains. Overall, it's great. 🙏🏻

The room was quite clean, but there was no soap. The liquid soap in the bathroom was empty, then the phone was not answered, finally had to go out to find staff to ask, brought bar soap No prayer mats were provided, the Wi-Fi password also had to be asked, it was not written down, the front office was less friendly, on the side of the road so it was noisy with traffic noise, honestly I couldn't sleep I'm used to quiet this was noisy, but the hotel had a nice view, the food was also delicious. The downside was that when you get a welcome drink, it has a time limit, so when we arrived it wasn't given immediately, when I went to the restaurant to ask for a welcome drink, they said the time had passed.

A highly recommended hotel with great facilities, a direct mountain view, and excellent service. A quick story: I booked through the app, but upon check-in, the room was already occupied due to a system error. Amazingly, the hotel gave me a higher-grade room at no additional cost. Thank you, Ariandri. Hopefully, I can stay here again soon.

The hotel staff is friendly, the breakfast is delicious and varied, the location is very strategic on the roadside and is one of the hotels and resorts closest to Puncak, so the air is cool and fresh. The view is very beautiful, the room types provided are varied, very comfortable for walking around the hotel area because the beautiful view faces the mountains. The service is very good and maximum, but coincidentally, the bathroom and sink in my room were clogged.
