I had a very pleasant stay here. The hotel was easy to find it as it is on the side of the main road. Only 10 minutes to puncak pass, masjid atta'awun, gunung mas, and taman safari. Only 3km to well-known restaurant like pizza hut and richeese factory. The facility is complete: mountain view cafe, restaurant, waterpark, swimming pool. The only minus were that the water is not so sprouting and the towel was rugged

The view is great. The children's pool is also available, the adult pool is not that big, the smart type room is stuffy and narrow, the bathroom smells, the room door got stuck so I was trapped in the room and couldn't get out

The hotel is clean, has a nice view. When we first arrived, there was a dead room light and a loose lamp, but fortunately the technician quickly came to fix it. Only the lamp on the bed wall still couldn't be turned on. It's not a problem, but it would be better before the guest arrives, all the facilities are checked first.
Breakfast food doesn't have many variations but it's normal for a 3 star.. what's certain is that all the breakfast tastes good. keep it up.
The hotel has a lot of stairs, not suitable for the disabled and elderly.
There is no closet in the suite room, so clothes are placed on the table under the TV along with food. There are no clothes hangers either. Even though this is a suite.
Hopefully it will be fixed in the future. The good ones, hopefully improved.

📌Food is delicious, not bad for room service and restaurant
📌Given a room upgrade, because the room was full, but it was like being given a "waste" room, because;
1. There was a spider's nest under the TV stand
2. Lots of cigarette butts on the outside terrace
3. Lots of ants that climbed onto the bed
4. Room in the corner
5. Right next to the TPU
6. Lots of stains on the sheets and curtains
7. The bathroom smells, I don't know if it's the water or what but it smells bad
8. TV has lots of ants because it's not a smart TV, at least change the antenna to digital so you can still watch even though it's just a regular channel.
9. And the worst part, when I entered the room, the floor was slippery and really wet... It looked like it had just been mopped, but it was already past 2 o'clock and I was really tired and wanted to rest right away.

All the staff are friendly, but I am disappointed that for a super deluxe room there is only 1 trash can. There is no trash can in the bathroom, no comb. I also called the receptionist to ask for a trash bag, I waited all night until morning but no one delivered it.

At Hotel Ariandri, the mountain view is really nice, all the staff are friendly and the food is also delicious... There is also a cooking class for children... Children will definitely be very happy staying here...

NEVER ORDER A SMART ROOM, a note for those who want to order a smart room, the room type can only see the wall,
first got room 334, when I entered the roof was leaking
was told to move to room 332 the AC remote was broken, the technician came and had to step on the mattress because the AC position was above the mattress, so the sheets had to be changed again,
