The room is not soundproof, and you can really hear the sound of vehicles from the main road, even though the room type chosen is a junior suite.... The windows should be made of better material to be more soundproof.

There's a garden and a children's pool. The staff is friendly and responsive. They even escort you to your room. The only downside is that the lighting in the garden and mountain cafe is very dark at night.

The bathroom smelled incredibly bad, and I asked the cleaning team to check it again. Even though they sprayed it with fragrance, there was still a slight odor, but it was okay, at least it was usable. Cleanliness could be improved, as that's part of comfort.

When I entered the toilet, the smell was unpleasant and spread to the room, and it was still the same when I got home. I got a room downstairs. It's not bad if you bring kids and lots of stuff, but the good thing is that it's close to the children's pool and playground. The food is not varied and some of the tastes are lacking, but the view and weather are really nice. Hopefully it can be better.

Overall it's good, the view is even more so, but it's true that some reviews are true, the breakfast is less varied, and pay attention again to the bathroom, I ordered superior and suite, for superior when I arrived I could smell an unpleasant smell from the toilet, I ordered a suite initially it was safe but in the morning suddenly the same smell appeared but it later disappeared, and after taking a shower in the shower area the water took a long time to recede, so it became a puddle and muddy. Btw, is the number listed for the admin's WA still active or not? I got it from IG, and I've been WA since October 5th but there's no reply until now, I've asked several times on IG but the response is only that I inform the team, but yeah zero no response until now, I was about to cancel my booking here because I was annoyed, please be responsive and empathetic to the admin WA and IG, hopefully it can be better

My first stay here was comfortable, but when I checked in, it wasn't at 2 PM, but at 3 PM.
Hopefully, the check-in time can be improved.
The toilet smelled strange.
And please improve the variety of restaurants and the speed of the food.
Please, before checking out, some TV stations have no signal since morning.
Even though check-out is in the afternoon.
That's all I have to say, the rest is safe.
