I had a very pleasant stay here. The hotel was easy to find it as it is on the side of the main road. Only 10 minutes to puncak pass, masjid atta'awun, gunung mas, and taman safari. Only 3km to well-known restaurant like pizza hut and richeese factory. The facility is complete: mountain view cafe, restaurant, waterpark, swimming pool. The only minus were that the water is not so sprouting and the towel was rugged

My first stay here was comfortable, but when I checked in, it wasn't at 2 PM, but at 3 PM.
Hopefully, the check-in time can be improved.
The toilet smelled strange.
And please improve the variety of restaurants and the speed of the food.
Please, before checking out, some TV stations have no signal since morning.
Even though check-out is in the afternoon.
That's all I have to say, the rest is safe.

The hotel staff, from security, FD, to the restaurant, are friendly and responsive. The check-in and check-out process is also fast. There is a deposit of 100k. This is my third staycation here, and I took the suite type with a balcony so I really stayed just to rest and enjoy the moment with my husband. Unfortunately, at night and when it rained, the balcony area was covered in rain so it wasn't fun to hang out outside, even though the night view and the weather when it rained were really nice for sitting outside while chatting and drinking coffee. Ariandri is always one of my husband and I's main options when we go to Puncak 🥰 But please upgrade the breakfast menu again.. the main menu choices are not great

This is a good hotel but I feel horror. I stayed in room 313 superior.. when I first entered the hotel and the room was clean, the staff were also friendly.. the swimming pool was dirty and smelled too much of chlorine, the food was standard, at night we slept my husband's position in the right corner.. my child was in the middle and I was in the left corner I slept on my side meaning there was no one behind me when I was in the middle of sleeping someone pulled my pillow from behind me, I was immediately shocked and screamed and the pillow stopped being pulled when I screamed.. yep try the one that pulls really horror

The staff is friendly, the rooms are comfortable, clean, easy access, and the atmosphere is pleasant in the morning. The only downside is that the security didn't help you cross the road when you left the hotel, probably because you were riding a motorcycle. Note: If possible, don't differentiate between two-wheeled and four-wheeled vehicles (what if you're leaving with a child and suddenly get hit by a car because no one helped you cross the road? I'm sure no one from the hotel will take responsibility). Hopefully, this will be heard.
