Room 201, if I'm not mistaken, I chose the executive room type. The room is spacious, clean, and the bed is soft. Unfortunately, the sound from the room above is very loud, even people walking can be heard. The shower temperature cannot be adjusted, either so hot that I get scalded and end up having to rinse with the toilet spray, or so cold, then it is difficult to turn off (it still drips continuously). I complained the next day but there was no change. New room slippers were given the next day. The positive thing is that you can check in before 2 pm. If I'm not mistaken, I checked in around 1 pm.

Stayed in a Family Room. The room is very large and can accommodate 4-5 people, clean and fragrant. Breakfast was good with a variety of choices. Check-in wasn't long. For Muslims, there's a prayer room in the dining area. The location is very strategic, right on the main road and opposite Bakso Soni.

honest review I have tried almost all hotels in Lampung. Well this time I tried it at Arnes Hotel. It turns out that for a hotel below 3 stars, I was surprised that the deluxe room was large, clean and tidy, there was a sofa, there was a soft mattress, the interior was well maintained, the AC was cold, the bathroom amenities were complete, mineral water, an electric kettle, tea, sugar, coffee were available. The downside for room 208 was that the hot water didn't work and the room wasn't soundproof. Breakfast was standard for a 1 star hotel. The security staff were all friendly, they were quick to help with what we needed. The parking area was spacious. Hotel access was close to everywhere. The price of 300 includes breakfast, which is really good. Recommended for friends. Wow, thank you Arnes. I am satisfied and comfortable and will definitely come back again.

The hotel staff is quite friendly, the room and bathroom are quite clean. The location is in the center of Bandar Lampung, but when we checked in at 15.30 the room wasn't ready yet so we had to wait another 30 minutes in room 1.
