I stayed for one night at the hotel to attend my son's engagement party, which was held in one of the ballrooms at Arosa. To my surprise, everything exceeded expectations—the food and catering were excellent, and the ballroom was well-equipped with supporting facilities such as a sound system and LCD screen.
The staff were also very cooperative and accommodating. For example, I requested to store the engagement cakes in their chiller, and they kindly assisted without hesitation.

Surprise there’s such a nice hotel in that area. Clean and with decent facilities for 3 star hotel. The restaurant’s ambience also very homey with affordable price of their beverages. The staff also very helpful.

My experience staying at this hotel for the umpteenth time was very comfortable. The hotel is very strategic, easy to get to anywhere, and there are many food options. The service is also excellent. What I liked most was the breakfast menu, which was varied and delicious.

The hotel is clean, close to HokBen, Payakumbuh, Richeese, Wings, londri, bank, minimarket, to Pondok Indah Mall only 7 minutes from the hotel... Clean... It's just not soundproof enough

The location is quite strategic because there are many famous culinary places. The breakfast is quite varied and delicious even though it takes a long time to refill. The room is also nice and comfortable, but I suggest that if possible, don't use a disposable bottle of soap or shampoo because some people feel short when using such a small soap/shampoo.

My staycation at this hotel was truly amazing. My friend and I were very impressed with the friendliness and efficiency of the staff, especially the receptionist who helped me quickly during check-in. My room was clean, spacious, and equipped with modern facilities that functioned well. Breakfast at the hotel restaurant was also delicious with a wide variety of menu choices. The hotel's location is very strategic, thanks to Arosa Hotel, hopefully we can stay there again.

The hotel is really nice, at an affordable price. It's close to everything, the food is delicious, and check-in could be faster. The hotel lobby is really cozy and it's really nice to sit around while waiting for your pick-up. God willing, I'll be back again🤗
