The room is adequate. The hotel service is good. The receptionist was very polite and helping. However, the toilet malfunctioned The flush and jet shower were not working. The breakfast was delivered to the room and the taste was standard. Overall, I enjoy the stay in this hotel. will definitely recommend it for a budget hotel

Check in at 5 PM and the room even not yet ready. Then, I asked for the compensation for this especially for the late check out and the staff didn’t feel happy and just throw the letter in front of me

Arthama is one of the choices to stay in Central Jakarta. Its strategic location, near Tanah Abang and Thamrin City shopping centers, flanked by Grand Indonesia Mall, Plaza Indonesia and Sarinah, MRT station, Bundaran HI, all easily accessible and walkable. There are also many foods, restaurants and coffee shops around. Comfortable rooms in its class, smooth wifi, clean. Friendly and helpful staff. Breakfast is quite varied in its class.
