One of the best hotels near Tanah Abang location. Everything from the staff service, check-in process, and cleanliness are beyond outstanding. The hotel was instrumental in creating a relaxed environment. This hotel also has a 24-hour laundry room, and it is totally free where you can wash your own clothes. Keep up the good service! When checking in, I was greeted in a friendly and kind manner. CS explained the conditions patiently and thoroughly. It is close to Tanah Abang and Sarinah. The food around the hotel is also delicious.

When checking in, the hotel staff were quite friendly, and at breakfast time, there was a spill of water or liquid and the staff was not able to complete their task quickly enough because the bucket/water/liquid container was left in the dining area.

OK, what needs to be fixed in the rooms is that there are rooms that don't have access to the outside window. At the very least, if there is no access to the outside window, make a timer for the lights on the various windows so that it looks like there is light from the outside window.

When I stayed here, my expectations were quite high. The interior design was very attractive from the photos. The lobby was attractive. However, upon check-in, the room lighting was rather dark, which was uncomfortable, especially the ambient light. The bright setting was too bright, and some of the spotlights shone directly into my eyes while I slept. The most disappointing thing was that the room window didn't offer a view of the city or the outside of the building, but rather artificial plants behind the window, with no view of the outside. Perhaps it was a coincidence that I got a room without a view, but the view really impacted the room's dark vibe. If there had been a view, the room would have felt more comfortable. There was a dirty teaspoon when I entered the room. Breakfast was pretty standard, not particularly delicious, not bad either. For a 4-star hotel, the quality of the food and the variety could be improved, for example with live cooking. As for the hotel's drinking water, I didn't expect it to still be the old concept of two bottles a day, considering that several well-known hotels have changed the system to a refill system. The distance between the parking lot and the lobby is quite far for a hotel of this class. Notes for those who want to check in here, add a request "room with a view outside the building" which is much more important than a room on the upper floor considering that according to the building plan, most of the room positions do not have a view outside the building.

Room is huge for two of us. Had a wonderful 3 night stays. Staff are all accomodating & polite. So close to shopping district tanah abang. We can just walk from the hotel. And taxi bluebird is ready in front of hotel every morning.
Breakfast choice is almost same for all 3 days🥲. The room ambience is a bit dark.
