We were really pleased with our stay at the Ashley Tang as it is a very nice hotel, modern and with all the facilities needed (free self laundry). Extremely clean room. We loved the contemporary design. Everything looked really new when we were there. It is ideally situated for visiting the many sights in Central Jakarta, and it is just round the corner from the street food market. The staff are very good, especially the Reception staff who were very friendly and helpful. Highly recommend this hotel 💪

The place is pleasant. While checking in, I was given complimentary dim sum. The location is also convenient, as it's in the Sabang area, where there are many food options. The room is nice, the staff is friendly, and the service is all good. Overall, it's great.

This was my first time trying a staycation here with my husband, and it turns out it's right in front of my ex-office 😆 So far, I like all the services and the hotel. I want to stay here again next time.

Overall, it was okay, and I'm already considering returning. The room was clean and fragrant, the location was excellent, check-in and check-out were quick and efficient, amenities were complete, and the service was excellent, all friendly. However, I had a pretty bad experience before leaving, even though they were willing to take responsibility. This made me think twice about whether I wanted to return, which is a trust issue.

The hotel is very fragrant from entering the lobby, cleanliness is always on point, all staff are friendly, the atmosphere is very quiet and comfortable, the hotel lighting is very good and comfortable, there is free dimsum complimentary while waiting for the room to be prepared, very delicious!
