We were really pleased with our stay at the Ashley Tang as it is a very nice hotel, modern and with all the facilities needed (free self laundry). Extremely clean room. We loved the contemporary design. Everything looked really new when we were there. It is ideally situated for visiting the many sights in Central Jakarta, and it is just round the corner from the street food market. The staff are very good, especially the Reception staff who were very friendly and helpful. Highly recommend this hotel 💪

The hotel is very fragrant from entering the lobby, cleanliness is always on point, all staff are friendly, the atmosphere is very quiet and comfortable, the hotel lighting is very good and comfortable, there is free dimsum complimentary while waiting for the room to be prepared, very delicious! It's always a pleasure to stay at Ashley Tang Menteng. We received a welcome drink and vouchers redeemable for snacks. The hotel's location is strategic, close to Sarinah, and there are plenty of street food and restaurants nearby. The hotel staff are friendly, with Martha and Muthi handling check-in and check-out quickly. The hotel room is quite large and clean. Breakfast was quite good and tasty. The restaurant staff are friendly and responsive. One thing that needs improvement is the coffee, which isn't very tasty.

The large TV can already stream YouTube and Netflix. The room I got was spacious with a nice view of the buildings. There are plenty of culinary options around the hotel, although the prices are a bit pricey.
