The lights in the bathroom and in front of it were flickering like they were about to break, then I went downstairs by using the elevator to convey to the receptionist, the elevator was old and used the sensor button, but the sensor was very inaccurate when touched and rotated to all numbers, until I went up to the top floor to an empty and dark floor position at almost 11 pm, I immediately pressed the button but instead led to the basement even though the goal was to the lobby, after being informed to the receptionist the officer came without a hotel uniform to replace all the damage, after everything was cleaned change. The lights, telephone, remote AC and TV can finally turn on but the TV only provides local tv channels, no cable TV, no wifi either because when giving the room key the receptionist did not inform the WiFi password. Room blankets are also inadequate. The flow of the shower water faucet is very slow, and the room is not very airtight so it is very noisy to hear the sound of the train going back and forth, disturbing the comfort of sleep. The floor of the room is also dirty, no longer staying at this hotel.
