Clean rooms, hot water on continuously. Minus the swimming pool cannot be used, as well as drinking water is lacking.

The room is quite spacious, clean, I got it on the lobby floor so I don't get tired of going up and down, the swimming pool is being maintained when I stay, the location is not far from the toll road for the break Feast, the main menu is still pac but for bread, juice, tea, coffee and gradually it's getting better. And for a cheap pack, it only adds 59 thousand per person, maybe because it's not full buffet, breakfast is okay

The check-in process was fast, given a room on the 1st floor, this is the first time staying at a 4-star hotel, given a room on the 1st floor. Entering the room, there was an unpleasant odor, a combination of musty smell and cigarette smell. I'm surprised, it's a 4-star hotel but the rooms don't smell good. Is it because you got a promo price room? The interior seems old school, dull colors. The room facilities are quite complete, there is a fridge, cupboard (without hanger), 2 bottles of bottled drinking water, complete amenities to body lotion, TV (blurry picture), sofa. The mattress is small, 160x 200, cramped for those of us who brought 1 baby. The air conditioner didn't cool quickly. What's fun is that the bathroom has a bathtub, making it easier for those who bathe babies. The hot water isn't hot enough, but that's exactly what I like, no need to bother adjusting the temperature of the hot water that comes out of the faucet. Breakfast is quite varied and suitable for the tongue. The price is 75k/pax, the restaurant provides baby chairs for those who bring babies.

The room was nice, but the window sills were dirty and the room felt dusty. There is no water heater, bathtub and all dirty, crusty faucets. The service is very friendly and the breakfast is quite good.

1. Comfort and poor hygiene. It's okay to be a 4-star hotel, even though it's an old hotel, it doesn't make you aware of dirty things! The bathroom is a place to clean the body but the place is so dirty, even taking a bath is disgusting. The sink was also clogged. Waiting for it to recede until it dries is too long. The soap is just a round bar, asked first and then given the liquid one. Initially, check-in was only for storing belongings and a place to rest for relatives because there was an event next door. So, yes, I have accepted it, it's no longer possible to ask for a room change when it's late to return to the hotel. 2. Zone Vouchers. Description of the room getting a 50k F&b voucher, when asked the receptionist said he didn't know about the voucher. When they asked for help from the online agent CS, they finally gave the voucher, and it turns out that the voucher can only be used for dinner and there is a minimum order of 100k. The minimum order is still ok, but specifically for this dinner, it's crazy. Because there was no solution, in the end I didn't use the voucher either, so this time I had dinner at 9 pm and just got back from the event, what was there was a break. Tired of being here

Semua yang di sana ramah sampai security juga. Fasilitas kamar bagus, tersedia bathtub dan kamar smoking. Kamar mandi bersih dan berfungsi dengan baik. Kolam renang bersih, toilet kolam renang juga bersih. Makanan breakfast enak dan beragam.
