We were traveling from Surabaya to Bali, traveling with small children and toddlers, the hotel was very comfortable, the rooms were nice, the staff were very friendly and helpful. A very pleasant experience even though only overnight for transit.

We booked a non-smoking room in advance, clearly noting that we were traveling with children. Upon arrival, the front office informed us that only smoking rooms were available, despite our request being on record.
The room smelled strongly of smoke, which was uncomfortable and unhealthy, especially for the kids. While the staff was polite, this situation was unacceptable. Requests like non-smoking rooms should be prioritized, particularly for families.
I hope the management improves room assignment processes to respect guest preferences in the future.

I took a family room. The bed was soft and comfortable. The AC was also cold. But from inside, you could still hear noisy sounds from the front of the room... The location is okay. The food is okay. The fried vermicelli is delicious. I even took more. I also participated in the towel folding exercise. It was really fun. Maybe if I go back to Banyuwangi, it can be an alternative and recommendation. Thanks Aston.

Clean room, clean bathroom, 30 minutes to Ketapang harbor. Rented 2 connecting rooms, unfortunately 1 room still smelled strongly of cigarettes and the AC was not cold, even though it had been checked by the technician. Because I was tired, I continued in that room with hot conditions. Thank you
