We stayed in a family room. It exceeded our expectations. The kids' room, with twin beds, had a smart TV and a UNO toy. The kids were delighted. The master bedroom had a comfortable king-size bed. There was a pantry equipped with a microwave and basic dining utensils. It was a pleasant stay.

Just asking for tissue had to call several times which finally I got it myself to the receptionist. The AC was not cold, finally a technician had to be called to refill the freon. The first impression was not impressive. Hopefully it can be better in the future.

spacious and clean room, quite spacious too. worth the price
room for improvement:
1. outside the bathroom there is no facial tissue, hopefully it can be facilitated
2. if possible in the room there are 4 pillows (only 2 pillows available)

This is our second time staying here.
check in time is easy and fast.
clean and spacious room (according to the request in the application).
delicious and quite varied food.
strategic location for those who will transit or rest on a long trip.
spacious parking lot.
input:
staff should be friendlier,
at the main entrance there is no one to help carry goods/suitcases or at least to open the hotel entrance door. it would be better if there were officers who also help there.
there are no officers who help to direct where to park empty cars (so have to find it yourself).
although I do not know what the internal SOP is like, this is just input.
overall okay and recommended
