The service is friendly, kids-friendly, and you'll get welcome snacks from your childhood. Every corner of the hotel is spotlessly clean and aesthetically pleasing. Breakfast is varied, including Madiun's signature pecel rice. We were very satisfied with our stay here.

"I would like to report an issue with the cleanliness of my room during my recent stay at your hotel, regardless of the other facilities which were otherwise satisfactory.I found a small centipede in the bathtub, which was quite disturbing. The condition of the towels was also inadequate. Furthermore, there was hair in the bathtub and a significant amount of mildew on the faucet. However, I would like to extend my gratitude to the Night Manager, Mr. Danang, who promptly addressed my concerns and provided a generous compensation by upgrading my room. Thank you, Mr. Danang, for your excellent customer service and for making efforts to rectify the situation."

Friendly and smiling all the unpleasant incidents were not from the crew but from other customers at 2 am there were 2 people who seemed to try to open the door because I double locked it so it couldn't be opened then who did I reprimand? It turned out they had the wrong room with a similar number

A pleasant stay. Clean rooms, friendly staff, delicious food with lots of variety. The kids were happy. Overall good score 8.5/10. Just a suggestion, when using the elevator (center side) to the 16th floor, there was a slight sway on floors 7-8 and 11-16. It seems like the elevator cage rails need to be adjusted/reset or the wire rope needs to be rechecked. But overall, it was acceptable. I will stop by again next time.

Very happy everything is good, I stayed 2 nights in a family room. The room is clean, there is a water dispenser inside, the AC is cold, the kids are comfortable. At night there are many foods around the hotel, next time if I go to Madiun I will stay at Aston again
