for the umpteenth time I stayed here, because almost every week Aston Mojokerto became my transit place, overall okay, it's just the last time I checked in I felt I was given the wrong room type. Lately I deliberately always choose the premiere type because I know this type does not use glass walls for the bathroom so it is completely closed and there is a large mirror next to the bed, I don't want a transparent bathroom because it is uncomfortable, for that reason in the last few check-ins I always choose the premiere type which is almost 100 thousand for the rate. only yesterday in room 209 I felt like I was in the Lamar Deluxe type, not the premiere because the bathroom wall uses glass instead of a wall, and there is no large mirror next to the bed like in the picture and like other rooms I have used. when checking out I asked CS what type of room 209 is, CS answered premiere. Okay then, I didn't protest. It's just a note that the result is different from the one in the picture which should be the Premiere type.

I just arrived at the hotel lobby to unload my luggage. Because the car had to be parked by an officer because the parking lot was insufficient. In front of me stood a man who said he was a manager, really he as a manager did not care about my stuff outside, just left it on the trolley, and that was my valuable document. Please correct the management, the manager is bad, even challenging to stand fortified but not responsive with the customer's goods. Even though I think the officer is lacking. Meanwhile, I have to queue to the reception. They should care, it's already known that there are not enough people, but the one I asked was a manager but he didn't respond and didn't care. Thank you, hopefully it can help management to improve their service.

The room was comfy and well-equipped, with facilities that were quite complete for a pleasant stay. I also really liked the hotel’s interior, it was stylish and well-designed, creating a cozy atmosphere. However, one downside is the location. Sudah sering nginap di Aston, untuk Aston Mojokerto baru pertama kali, kamar nyaman dan bersih, staff juga ramah, yang paling kurang adalah rasa makanannya jauh dari standard Aston biasanya, sarapan walaupun banyak jenis, tapi rasanya:
Nasi goreng masih ada nasi yg keras spt nasi aking, rasa hambar.
roti rata-rata rasa dan textur dibawah standard.
telur dadar sangat aneh rasanya, ini karena cara pengolahan tukang masaknya. telur itu makanan yg sangat basic sekali sudah ngak enak biasanya sudah jadi indikator masakan lain.
sebagai seorang yg senang masak dan makan saya rasa mutu perlu diperhatikan dan ditingkatkan.
Teh sangat hambar .. bau dan rasa teh ngak ada sama sekali.
Semoga lain waktu kesini lagi ada perbaikan.

Sarapan nya beragam banget. Tapi kayaknya terlalu banyak karbo nya. But overall gaada masalah. Kasur nya empuk. Kamar nya oke. Shower panas nya pas. Yang utama, ada dispenser di luar, bisa refill berkali kali. Dan ada google nest. Nice 🙂

10/10 satisfying. There is no harm in staying 2 nights here, great service. The room is equipped with Google Assistant, smart TV that can be directly connected to our accounts. Took a room without breakfast because it coincided with my child's competition which started very early, it turned out that when I took my child to the pool around 6 am (which happened to be the same pool as the restaurant) breakfast was already ready. Sometime I can stay again, take a room and breakfast.
