I requested a non-smoking room and was given a smoking room. I'm allergic to smoke. They told me my request wasn't accepted. I asked to move rooms, but they said they were fully booked. In conclusion, there was no solution. Thank you, Aston Palembang. Very disappointing.

The room didn't smell good, it had a bit of a musty smell. When I was about to sleep, there were blood stains on the sheets. I immediately called the receptionist and that night the sheets were changed to new ones.

Check in was safe and fast, the room was clean and tidy, there was a lot of variety in the breakfast but unfortunately there was no American breakfast, check out took a bit of time because we had to wait for the room to be checked first, it took quite a long time

this is the 2nd time we stayed.
the location is quite strategic, the room is quite good, the cleanliness of the towels on the 2nd day was not okay because of the smell of vape, the breakfast is varied.
the first day of staying, my 5 year old child was charged for breakfast, but on the 2nd day he was not.
so confused with the rules 😅
