Good, clean, friendly, good food.

When checking in and checking out, my sister is the friendliest. If there are stars, I give them all stars. Comfort is the most important thing when we check in. Especially for mothers who bring children. If you get bad service, you will be in a bad mood, but if you get good service, your children will be fussy and happy. Thank you, sister Dona, for giving a smile when serving guests. Security and luggage service are also good, but I forgot her name. Hotel food has many variations and is delicious. Aston Palembang Hotel makes families comfortable. Hopefully, I can come to Palembang again and stay at Aston. Thank you

The breakfast menu is incredibly varied and complete, with all kinds of pastries available, Palembang specialties available, and even sushi. The service is friendly, the rooms are clean, and the lobby smells great. I really want to come back here again!

The room was very clean, and the amenities were very helpful. The service was quite good, but there were one or two female staff members (who seemed to be seniors) who weren't very friendly and spoke curtly, unlike the Jakarta branch. Hopefully, this can be improved.

Perfect for business trips or short getaways. In conclusion, my overnight stay at Aston Palembang (September 24–25, 2025) was not only comfortable but also memorable. It's the perfect place to recharge before heading back to work!

The room quality is good and commensurate with its star rating. The check-in and check-out service is also friendly, and the breakfast meets expectations. It's one of the best hotels in Palembang, keep it up.

Hotel is safe, secured, and clean. The location is not far from the city, a good place for jogging as well.

I requested a non-smoking room and was given a smoking room. I'm allergic to smoke. They told me my request wasn't accepted. I asked to move rooms, but they said they were fully booked. In conclusion, there was no solution. Thank you, Aston Palembang. Very disappointing.

The staff is friendly, the rooms are large, clean, and well-maintained. The gym facilities are actually adequate, but they need to be upgraded...

Comfortable atmosphere, clean and tidy rooms.

Perhaps the restaurant area needs some adjustments. The last time I stayed, it felt overcrowded and a bit uncomfortable for enjoying breakfast. Otherwise, it's fine.

The room didn't smell good, it had a bit of a musty smell. When I was about to sleep, there were blood stains on the sheets. I immediately called the receptionist and that night the sheets were changed to new ones.

It's great, very impressive and the service is good, but I wasn't reminded that there was a freezer item left for me, but I wasn't reminded so I forgot to turn around.
