Everything else was good. Except room 's air conditioner kept leaking non-stop. Please maintain and improve your utilities.

The staff front liners was un respecfull, was not helps guest while bring luggages to the receptionist, whereas distance from parking area far enough.

We do apologize for the inconvenience since the parking area used for the ramadhan fasting festival. Related those matters, our Front Office Manager has evaluate and give a refresh training to all the frontliners staff. Please know that your situation was an exception. Having a nice stay here, the room is spacious and the cleanliness was maintained nicely. Breakfast served with lots of options and tasted good. I just wished the room service menu were made with more options beside rice combination. The service is good and special shout out to Mrs. Devista (hope I spelled it right) for being so attentive to the guest. Would be back again for sure.

Cleanliness and service cannot be doubted. Aston has a reputation for that. Note: There is valet service, but you have to think twice about using this service because my car has scratches on the left rear bumper. I don't know why there was no explanation to me.
