Best hotel in Sidoarjo, for me and family. Minus is the crowd, management need to have its operational to expect large crowd, especially during ramadhan and eid, where rooms are almost full. From restaurant to room service, it seems that staffs were out of hand

After staying for a week, I can say it is a 50:50 feeling. Most of the staff was very great, but some of them need to improve their service. Sometimes my room was very clean, but one day I back to my room and found my leftover food still on my plate outside the door for 2 days. Their food was very good, seriously! But they need to improve their breakfast menu, I ate some food for 7 days. The location was very good, you can go for a run around the hotel every morning. The pool was super clean. I will come back to the hotel if I have another agenda in Sidoarjo for sure.

The hotel is clean and fragrant, the service from the lobby to the rooms is very satisfying, housekeeping is friendly and polite, the receptionist is very helpful, a large car park and very kind parking attendants.

The location is convenient from the crowds, you can exercise in the morning around the hotel. For families, it is more comfortable if the floor of the room is carpet or wood.

The rest is good, I only had one problem when I went out alone. Where the card for the room is still stuck inside, because there is a wife and child. I went up and had a problem, I already went to the person on the 8th floor, while I was on the 9th floor, when I went up via the emergency door from the 8th to the 9th floor, it turned out that the 9th floor was locked. Next, please give me a double card/key so that it doesn't happen like that again.
