I was only surprised when I found that the mineral water in the room was charged. Maybe it's my fault too for not paying attention. Then at breakfast, my son also had to pay. Again, maybe my fault. Setiap saya mudik ke cilacap pasti selalu menginap di sini. Absen 2 taun g menginap karena pandemi. Lalu tahun ini kembali lagi kesini karena masih menjadi hotel yang terbaik dicilacap. Hanya saja ada beberapa fasilitas yang kurang nyaman di hati. 1. Handle kunci kamar tiba-tiba terlepas pada saat saya mau solat ied, alhamdulillah ya teknisi cepat datang. 2. Saya tidak mendapatkan air mineral 2 botol pada hari ke 2. Sudah saya minta namun tidak datang-datang. 3. Ac kamar kurang dingin pada saya datang padahal sudah di suhu 18⁰. Butuh 1 jam baru terasa dingin. 4. Pada saat saya cek in masuk kamar, saya menemukan sampah tusuk gigi di lantai (tidak sempat saya poto langsung saya buang) selain di atas, semua masih bagus. Terima kasih untuk Mbak stephani yang banyak membantu selama pemesanan kamar. Btw kamar luas untuk tipe deluxe, kamar mandi bersih, kolam renang bersih sekali terlihat sangat dirawat dan nyaman untuk anak saya latihan renang selama mudik. Hotel masih sangat nyaman untuk stay selama mudik diantara sekian banyak hotel di cilacap. Semoga kedepanya menjadi lebih baik. Terima kasih.
