The staff was very friendly and helpful. I stayed here for the concert at Ciputra Artpreneur, and it's really close. I could go back and forth to the venue by foot. The breakfast is really tasty and had so many variations.

The location is close to Ciputra World Mall. The entrance is a bit narrow. Parking is quite spacious. I tried the breakfast, which was very satisfying for the budget hotel. There's a swimming pool and a small gym, with adequate facilities. The room was clean, but noise from the next room was audible.
