Overall good service. Friendly. Great breakfast. The variety of places is also good. The rooms are clean and quite spacious. cold AC. The room is not impermeable and please give the connecting door more extra security. Afraid that there are people who are not responsible for entering. The bathroom has shampoo and soap. Toothbrush and toothpaste are also available. Just got 1 pair of sandals. Refrigerator okay. Water heater okay. Get coffee and tea and bottled mineral water. It seems trivial but that's what guests who are lazy like us hope for. Got 2 towels. Heavy shower and 24 hour hot water. Access to Ampera is very close. The hotel lobby is comfortable. Too fragrant. The elevator also smells over. We ordered a superior non smoking room facing the city with a score of 9.9/10.

I didn't expect the room to be that good. Because in my opinion the image of a hotel in Sumatra is expensive but the facilities and rooms are ordinary. It's cool here. The floor uses carpet, like a 5 star hotel. The service is fast. And it's in the middle of town. As for the food, in my opinion there are not many choices and the taste is a bit lacking. For entertainment, I think it's cool. Because on the 8th floor there is a cafe and bar, live music. So it's one stop entertainment. The room is clean. And the parking. Looks like it only fits 20 to 25 cars indoor. Can park in front of it only about 5 or 6 cars. As for facilities and cleanliness, it's recommended. And will come back there again.👌

Room overall is good, comfortable and cool, towels and foot mats have to be asked again from roomboy, neighboring rooms are noisy, headache is not too soundproof, but not bad for this price.

Clean, spacious, spacious, close to everywhere, IP, JM, psr 16, Great Mosque, lots of selling food around. Near the electric train station to the airport. The price is not too expensive, the facilities are okay.

The hotel is quite okay but please improve again for the CS yesterday my room was not cleaned, even though it was already informed, I forgot, please improve again, overall okay.

The city center location is close to the Musi River and the icon of Palembang city, Ampera Bridge, as well as view to Ampera Bridge. The receptionist is less welcoming and less friendly. The rooms are quite spacious and nice.

The glasses on the receptionist songong table. Look at the guests, they greet and smile, they even look away. Where do you learn hospitality? That's it, the bar table has a lot of ants. Just brewing tea while waiting for it to cool down, instead it was covered in ants first.
