The rooms are clean, the AC is cold, the service is friendly, the management is assisted by both the cleaning department and the friendly receptionist, fast response, security is safe so far, the environment is not noisy, the only thing that is lacking is that there are no TV channels 😅, the wifi is super fast as never before there is a slow problem,

The staff is not friendly, the service is not good, the AC is not cold, the mattress is not soft, the floor is hard, the cleaning staff is not good. The car park is difficult to get in and out of.

The plug is broken, the TV doesn't turn on, the AC doesn't turn on, even though I just entered the room, I didn't do anything to ask my brother for help, but instead he grumbled a lot, he's not here anymore.
