1. Kamar: jika punya bayi dibawah 1 tahun kurang nyaman karena kamar noise, untuk rate deluxe lebih baik ada kulkas mini. Interior dan fasilitas bagus banget. Oh iya untuk musik koridor sepertinya levelnya kurang kecil karena tembus kekamar. 2. Kamar mandi: suara sink kencang sekali, sepertinya kurang pas pakai merk itu. Sink juga tidak ada pemanasnya. Untuk pemanas shower levelnya acak tidak bisa diprediksi putar kanan atau kiri random panasnya. Jadi sulit untuk ketemu level hangat. 3. Makanan: rasanya standard hotel, tapi yang bikin kurang nyaman mungkin peletakan AC yang terlalu dekat makanan jadi cepat dingin. 4. Staff dapur: request untuk peletakan ASI dan Es batu, staff sering kali salah meletakan ASI atau Es batu ke freezer atau kulkas biasa padahal sudah ada notice dari staff sebelumnya. Sangat di sayangkan ASI beberapa pieces buang karena bau. Mohon maaf ya sudah direpotin beberapa kali karena sering tukar asi ataupun es batu d jam jam tertentu 🙏. 5. Staff lainnya dan parkir: bagus pertahankan. For the last, Lokasinya sangat strategis sekali! 😁.

Hotel baru, kamar and kamar mandinya bersih, and fasilitas kamar OK. Staff yg kami temui ramah2. Anak2 senang nginep di sini. Poolnya di tingkat atas blm siap dipake tp pemandangan dr atas OK banget.

Actually I like the vibes of the room and the hotel. But the parking area is not large enough, and there is no floor in front of the bathroom. So make it wet. It's already good, but hopefully in the future it will develop further.

Actually the service was very good, from the receptionist, security, restaurant waiters, but what made me a bit disappointed was that they didn't inform me whether there was a room request or not. I requested 2 rooms with connecting door. When I checked in, I was given a room with an adjacent number. I thought it was a connecting room, but it turned out the rooms were at the front. And they didn't confirm that to me. But at that time, because I didn't want to be complicated, that was it, even though I really needed a connecting room to make it easier for me to communicate with my family. Maybe in the future we should pay more attention to requests from guests.

The hotel is clean and comfortable. But cooking in the pool, we are not allowed to enter, you have to order food at a minimum of 250k. That's what makes me uncomfortable.
