The building, environment, staffs are mostly super nice and friendly for 3 stars hotel, the breakfast is superb and tasty too. We came for halloween party. It is terrible. So many staffs but ad you can see they are watching and playing phone during the program, only one girl doing face painting, (20is queue I think) the line up during shoot the ghost and pinata is terrible too… the kids are pushing each other, some parents even ask their kids to cut and passing the lines. We came at 1.00pm. They said check in time is 2.00pm, the staff is cleaning the room right now, they said. Apparantely, when it is 2.00pm, I came to the room and it is still unattended, many rubbish from previous guest, I come to the lobby and they just leave our luggage unattended, unsupervised, Some caucasian guy who just came directly get the room and get the bellboy to bring their luggage.(I am domestic guest, I am aware of that) During movie night, they share popcorn with charge to my 6 and 7 years old kids that they think it is free (they don't say it is charged). After that about 8.00pm they knocked our room and ask for payment. The popcorn has reasonable price, but they supposed to ask our permission and ask the adult to decide to order or not first. Not asking the kids and put the bill to their parents. Also put on your mind, they don't allow online transportation there. So when it is check out time, they cast out our poor driver. Ask us to use their transportation (with the same price as online), but I take a peek in reception lobby, usually it is 2-3times higher price than usual. They don't tell us about this issue when we check in. Overall, good place, mixed crowd, nice staff, poor management.

I really enjoyed staying here. I am in a deluxe ocean view room, the view is very beautiful directly to the ocean and pool, the room is also very clean. Because my room is close to the ocean, the wind is very, very cool. I highly recommend the deluxe ocean view room! The place is also beautiful, very comfortable! There is access to stairs to go down to the beach, which has a beautiful view, and is suitable for those who want to see the sunset. Really love this place🤍
