There are many things that need to be improved in the hotel facilities, such as the uncomfortable mattress, the small table beside the bed, the dull paint in the hotel room, the room smells of cigarettes, the air conditioner is not cold enough, the shower is small and the hot water takes a long time to come out.

I like it because it is quiet, not noisy with vehicles. Only the sound of the room's AC needs to be fixed a little so it doesn't buzz. The reception staff is good at helping with early check-in and preparing the room according to request.

I stayed for 6 nights, All hotel staff are very friendly and professional.
Spacious room, Cleanliness is okay, delicious food, comfortable place for business, privacy and family.
Coincidentally there was an event of the Babel core anniversary, so at the same time culinary tour.
Continued success Bangka city hotel.
