The hotel is comfortable. The staff is also friendly. The rooms are clean, the amenities are complete. The room's ambiente and lighting are also comfortable and good. This is our second time staying at Batiqa Lampung. The security staff is also very responsive in arranging our car park. Continued success Batiqa and continue to maintain its services. Maybe if I may suggest, if there is additional land for parking, the parking can be expanded.

Staying in suites that did not disappoint, the rooms are spacious, there is a living room (sofa bed) a desk for work, there are 2 toilets, the bedroom is separated from the living room, complete equipment, clean rooms, complete toiletries. There is an iron as well as an ironing board. Good breakfast, lots of variety of food, drinks from coffee and milo, chocolate juice. Complete. The child is new to college in Lampung, if you see your child, you will definitely stay here. Parking is small but there are valley officers so you don't have to worry about parking. Top, Batiqa hotel.

Happy to try the Batiqa hotel for the first time, the first impression is so tempting. The receptionist is friendly & kind. Order a superior room, upgrade to a suite (Rezki). Clean hotel, good food (breakfast), okay service. Rarely give comments on the application. Top recommended.

Strategic location, comfortable and clean rooms, but in my opinion the food is a little disappointing, lacks variety and seems ordinary / like home cooking.

Rooms are okay, cleanliness is also okay. The best is a restaurant for breakfast. The food is quite varied and tastes good. There is a service to get to the airport if you have to leave in the morning and don't bother looking for a taxi or vehicle online. For sandals, request toiletries first. There is information in the room.

Highly recommended for those who plan to go to Lampung and want to stay in the city center, Batiqa is one of the best hotel choices in its class. Near the city center, shopping, places to eat and sightseeing. Parking must be valley, yes because of limited land and an unexpected moment when you arrive with a pretty dirty car, leaving the hotel the car is quite clean with conditions that have been wiped (seems to have been part of the hotel service). But I'm a bit disappointed when the special request is not responded to at all (not fulfilled) or the app's special request feature is just an additional feature. So far ππ»ππ»ππ»

A hotel with a unique, authentic, memorable feel. Rooms are clean & comfortable. Close to several restaurants and gas stations. What must be considered is the limited parking space and the lack of wifi speed. Overall, I am quite satisfied and recommend it.
