Belvilla Y Resort Near Central Ubud

poor breakfast very small portion and variety, dirty pool, and room to much defects, early check out due to the condition but they have friendly staff and nice area close with campuhan and central ubud.

The room is quite representative with a balcony. Many plants make it cool

The hotel sign is not clear, it is not written in full "Belvilla Y" only the letter "Y" which is quite confusing. Several times the motorcycle taxi that took me to the hotel could not match the point, went too far, or the hotel name sign could not be read. Wifi is also often slow. Sometimes there are insects that enter the room, each room should be given insect spray or something that can help so that you don't have to wait for the staff. The rest is okay. The staff is friendly and the atmosphere in the hotel area is not noisy, comfortable for resting.

The room I ordered was different from the one I got. But after complaining to the staff, I got the room I ordered. The staff was friendly, but water Heater only 25 so you can't be used for soaking in bathub with hot water.

for service very good, fast response and helpful. The room is big and clean enough but the property inside look old and smell not good because the room look old and unmaintanance regularly. For me the room little bit scary especially in the bath room.

It is okay to relax but in Ubud it is very difficult to transport. The hotel is also reluctant to call or find transportation. It is still a mystery why the hotel seems afraid of the local taxi service.

We stayed for 1 night. The staffs were helpful, AC worked well, swimming pool was clean. The resort is a line up of rooms and is beside a busy road. Breakfast was with the sound of cars and motorbikes and the view are cables and poles and 'shop for rent' across the hotel. I wish they could put up a higher wall to retain the sound and for guests to have breakfast without the depressing view. For the price that we paid, it didn't meet our expectation.

Overall was good experience. I was checked in late but still get warm welcome also welcome drink. The room is good quite spacious but the bathroom is bit small. Next day I was taking breakfast and I got birthday surprise from the staff. They made tasty pancakes. Thank you team for the nice gesture, really appreciated. The pool is also good, they have kids pool as well. Check in & Check out process was smooth. Cant wait to stay with Y Resort Ubud again.

Friendly staff helpful and clean. But standard breakfast

Okay, it's only possible because it's been a bit old in its properties. The receptionist especially the unfriendly men.

When checking in it was really long because I had to fill out the form first. And I ordered a room with a bathtub, but it was not given on the grounds that it had a full room with a bathtub and there was no solution for that and the room that I placed on the floor was dirty. The staff at the reception are very unfriendly. Other staff are exceptional service and friendly.

It's close to the Campuhan Ridge Walk. The best spot for tracking, jogging with your family and friends!

It's a wonderful place to stay, the hospitality is very excellent. I spent 2 nights at Y Resort with my family, all were satisfied and wish to come back again someday. location is very strategic, it's near to restaurant, warung, ubud shopping center. The swimming pool is good and clean as well.

This accommodation is near Ubud center. - Perfect location and affordable price. - Staffs are nice and friendly. - Got the room with bathtub. For 3 star hotel they have a comfort bathtub and wide bathroom. Will be back for next visit to Ubud

The hotel and the service were astonishing! Great room, great ambience, and super friendly staffs completed my amazing trip last weekend! Would definitely recommend this to everyone!

We stayed here (again) because of its good location related to the Ubud Food Festival 2019 we attended and to a relative’s house. Hotel staffs were helpful and super nice, parking spot was always available. Perhaps, a shower curtain could be installed. 🙂. Will stay there again.

I reserved room with a bathtub, but when I checked in, I didn’t get it. But, they’re doing such excellent service. I then got an upgraded room to a level above with a bath tub in it. Thank you Y Resort!

The room I ordered was a bathtub but the one given the shower was the reason for the name of the room in the application different from the hotel. Though in the application information there is a bathtub. Order eating long, old service. The rest is good. Excess people are charged 250rb / person plus extra bed. Because there is an empty twin room, but given a twin room without having to pay a charge.

Very nice and clean. Super suitable for family.
