Our stay at the Best Western Hotel Kuta was absolutely fantastic. From the moment we checked in, the staff were incredibly welcoming and attentive, always greeting us with a warm smile. Our room was spacious, immaculately clean, and had a very comfortable bed, which was perfect after a long day of exploring. We particularly enjoyed the beautiful swimming pool area – it was the ideal spot to relax and unwind. The breakfast buffet was another highlight, offering a wide variety of delicious local and international options. The hotel's location is also a huge plus, being just a short walk from the beach and local markets. We would highly recommend this hotel to anyone looking for a comfortable and convenient stay in Kuta.

Even though this is an old hotel, but the Receptionist is welcoming to us and nice. Strategic location also. My room has upgrade into deluxe and got honeymoon room set. Next will stay again here 😊

I loved it here. just 10 minutes to the airports and near kuta beach. the services are excellent. I booked the room without bathtub without knowing and when I asked for an upgrade they readily gave me a new room (with a cheap add on price). very helpful staff, delicious meal, private plunge pool (which they readily clean whenever you asked to, thank you!!), hot water always on. thank you best western kuta villa. definitely come again if there's sale price from app😝

Mr. Agus (FO Assistant Manager) was very kind and friendly. This was my third or fourth time staying at this hotel. We liked the semi-open concept, allowing free flow of air. It's close to the airport, and finding food is easy.

my second stay in this hotel, the room was good, clean, and convenient, enjoy the breakfast and also the common space, except no lift and need to go up staircases to my room, however, the staff is always ready to help bring my suitcase to 2nd floor, will come and stay again next time
