Even though this is an old hotel, but the Receptionist is welcoming to us and nice. Strategic location also. My room has upgrade into deluxe and got honeymoon room set. Next will stay again here 😊

I loved it here. just 10 minutes to the airports and near kuta beach. the services are excellent. I booked the room without bathtub without knowing and when I asked for an upgrade they readily gave me a new room (with a cheap add on price). very helpful staff, delicious meal, private plunge pool (which they readily clean whenever you asked to, thank you!!), hot water always on. thank you best western kuta villa. definitely come again if there's sale price from app😝

There is no generator so when there is a blackout the electricity goes out, besides that the water also goes out so you can't use the AC or water at all.

A little surprised because we just arrived and registered, the room we booked was said to be unavailable and we were given a free upgrade to a private villa, where the private villa was not very clean, there was a lot of trash and the pool was quite dirty, we didn't want that villa, we chose to be given a room according to what we booked and according to our request, finally a few minutes later we were invited to the room which was indeed the room we booked
For breakfast, there were quite a lot of variants, but the taste was 7/10

The hotel is nice, clean and the rooms are spacious, the one with a bathtub is also very good, and the bathroom is very bright in the morning and afternoon because the window is glass to the balcony, but don't worry there are curtains. Very friendly service, complete hotel facilities. Thank you very much I was given a villa room with a private pool. The breakfast menu is very delicious. The kids love it. The best really. Tomorrow if I go to Bali I must stay here again.

Always give the best service. Helpful, even in the early hours of the morning when I needed to change the bed cover because my child was sick, they were very kind in helping. The room was upgraded. Will definitely stay here again soon. Love all staff.

The hotel is indeed a bit inside (not on the main road) and the front security did not help with parking when I first checked in (didn't direct me) and the room was quite 'unique'. I booked a room with a plunge pool, but the bathroom had a small bathtub and the bed was also a bit unique.

It is very unfortunate that the cleanliness of the room floor and front of the room is not maintained, and the breakfast refill is really too much. The photo above is a photo of the floor of my room wiped with tissue, and it is quite surprising. But I understand because the Best Weatern Villa Kuta hotel may be a 2-star. So the two things above are not maintained and paid attention to. Thank you

Far from expected, the floor of the room looked like it hadn't been swept when we first arrived. The plunge pool is being filled, it seems it was not prepared well before we arrived. Everything was not my expected due we came for Honeymoon, and my husband very disappointed and we decided to move starighraway to orher hotel. not recommeded.
