Our stay at the Best Western Hotel Kuta was absolutely fantastic. From the moment we checked in, the staff were incredibly welcoming and attentive, always greeting us with a warm smile. Our room was spacious, immaculately clean, and had a very comfortable bed, which was perfect after a long day of exploring. We particularly enjoyed the beautiful swimming pool area – it was the ideal spot to relax and unwind. The breakfast buffet was another highlight, offering a wide variety of delicious local and international options. The hotel's location is also a huge plus, being just a short walk from the beach and local markets. We would highly recommend this hotel to anyone looking for a comfortable and convenient stay in Kuta.

Even though this is an old hotel, but the Receptionist is welcoming to us and nice. Strategic location also. My room has upgrade into deluxe and got honeymoon room set. Next will stay again here 😊

I loved it here. just 10 minutes to the airports and near kuta beach. the services are excellent. I booked the room without bathtub without knowing and when I asked for an upgrade they readily gave me a new room (with a cheap add on price). very helpful staff, delicious meal, private plunge pool (which they readily clean whenever you asked to, thank you!!), hot water always on. thank you best western kuta villa. definitely come again if there's sale price from app😝

The room was spacious and the plunge pool was really fun. However, there was an unpleasant smell coming from the toilet floor drain. It seemed like the floor drain was evaporating and slightly flooded, which caused the bad odor.
But overall, I really enjoyed my stay there. Thank you!

In general, I like the Best Western Kuta Villa, because of its strategic location, close to the souvenir basket center, only 200 meters from the hotel, maybe the only thing lacking is the lighting in the room, the rest is okay, one of the hotel choices if I go to Bali again.

Everything is very comfortable, the staff is friendly, the breakfast is also delicious, and there are quite a lot of choices. For that price, it is very affordable to stay here for one night. It's just that my husband was disturbed by the room door that couldn't be locked from the outside. And the front door was a bit problematic at that time so my husband asked for help from the receptionist to make sure the door was locked well. Want to find food around the villa and there are also many shops. In my opinion, the location is good. Although it is a bit inside a small road.

The main door and the back door of the room are jammed and the hinges are loose. The distance from the room to the lobby area is quite far if you order GoFood or have something left behind, it's quite tiring.

There is no generator so when there is a blackout the electricity goes out, besides that the water also goes out so you can't use the AC or water at all.

A little surprised because we just arrived and registered, the room we booked was said to be unavailable and we were given a free upgrade to a private villa, where the private villa was not very clean, there was a lot of trash and the pool was quite dirty, we didn't want that villa, we chose to be given a room according to what we booked and according to our request, finally a few minutes later we were invited to the room which was indeed the room we booked
For breakfast, there were quite a lot of variants, but the taste was 7/10
