I try this hotel because of their award from agoda and etc. But I feel disappointed when I get check in because the staff seems not ready. I check in in the afternoon, maybe around 3 pm and nobody check in except us, and the staff who is a man look not focus. After give us a key he just see the screen for a long time and we ask him but he ignore us and then we just feel confuse and seek for lift ourselves. But I like the room and the night view is good too. The breakfast is nice and have many variant, western and asian too. And the restaurant is large enough so we feel comfortable. And for check out the staff is woman who is very nice and friendly. Over all except the service when I check in this hotel is good.

Overall experience of the hotel is good. Room is large, extra spacious I must say, large desk for work, comfortable bed, clean. Location is great, next to a mall with a few eateries and gadget stores. Breakfast was good with many options to choose from. Everything that should be provided for a four star hotel. But there are a few things that left me borderline unsatisfied. The floor level of the bathroom between the shower and the rest of the room is even. Meaning that if you take a shower, the water will flow out of the shower and wet the whole bathroom (check my photo attached). A few parts of the hotel need some are&are. I could see few leak spots here and there. Front desk is polite and helpful but if they don't have a room with one bed is available (as I requested in the booking app), instead of saying that I'm supposed to book a higher tier room, they can just politely apologize that they don't have the room I have requested. I think that's what you call service in the service industry and that's what is expected from a staff from a four star hotel.

Recommended! The staff are friendly, the rooms are comfortable and clean, the view is good, there are Alfamart and A&W facilities in front of the lobby, it makes it very easy for visitors, it's just a bit noisy from the next room maybe because you got a connecting room. The rest is really okay!
