Very near to toll road. Suitable for transit when on road trip with surabaya as transit city. fast check in service and fast check out. Below have coffee shop and fast food, quite convenient.

What a pleasant stay, got a welcome snack in room, room is clean and comfy, padi field as a view in the morning, city lights for the night, they even have low calorie breakfast! Will surely go back here when we go to surabaya!!

A perfect hotel for a staycation with kids. I'll definitely be back. The staff are really nice, and I looked for one facing the pool.
The pool is kid-friendly, and the kids enjoyed it. I only went swimming at night because it was used for a wedding reception in the afternoon.
The downstairs lobby has Alfa and A&W, just in case the kids get hungry.

The AC isn't cold at all. I've been complaining since I entered the room, and it was only addressed 3 hours later. Is this a hotel room or a boarding house? It's really hot.

Overall, I had a good stay. However, the room wasn't very soundproof, so it was very noisy at night. The staff were very friendly, both at the reception and at the restaurant. I was only charged a parking fee, which I actually asked about, as a hotel customer, shouldn't have been charged. However, it's still recommended.

please provide the door Tag, for the cleaning Service, so they dont have to knock our door every morning to ask about to clean the room or not. for people who travel from abroad, that is quite annoying. because we tend to still have our jet lag.
But in general, the place was great. the staffs are friendly. location is good. we will definitely back.
